TBC Club Terms & Conditions
The club is managed and maintained by Trollbeads A/S. Registered office at Toldbodgaden 13, 1253 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Access to and use of the club are activities governed by these General Conditions of Use. Access to and use of the site, as well as the purchase of products, presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, with the site's General Conditions of Use, please do not use our website.
Anyone who accesses and uses the site implicitly declares not to use the site for illicit purposes or in any case contrary to current legislation.
Trollbeads A/S may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, these General Conditions. Changes and updates to the General Conditions will be notified to users on the site's Homepage as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the site in this same section.
If a provision of these General Conditions of Use is deemed illicit, void or for any reason ineffective, its invalidity or ineffectiveness will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
Access to the site and membership of the Club
Access to and use of the Site, including viewing web pages, communicating with Trollbeads A/S, being able to download product information and booking products on the website, are activities conducted by our users exclusively for personal use unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity.
Subscription to the "Trollbeads Club", the services and benefits associated with it are governed by these General Conditions in force from the date of registration.
All natural persons of legal age, resident or domiciled in Denmark, can join the "Trollbeads Club".
By completing the registration to the "Trollbeads Club", the Customer declares to have read, to know and to have fully understood these General Conditions and accepts to be bound by them in relation to the services that will be provided by Trollbeads A/S.
The Customer can proceed with the registration to the "Trollbeads Club", assuming the status of Member, by filling in their data online on the Trollbeads website within the Trollbeads Flagship Stores.
The registration to the "Trollbeads Club" will be considered valid only and exclusively following the payment made online or in the store and the receipt of the confirmation email of the same.
At the time of registration, the customer can choose between 2 options:
- 1 year – valid for 12 months from the time of enrollment at the price of €55
- 3 years – valid for 36 months from the time of enrollment at the price of €150
Registration will entitle you to receive the " Registration Package " containing:
- the bead dedicated to the current year made in Denmark which will become the distinctive sign for the members of the "Trollbeads Club";
- the "Trollbeads Club" Card which certifies membership of the Club and must be registered in one's personal area of the site. The shareholder may also be asked to show it according to the initiatives dedicated to him.
- Exclusively, for Members who have signed up for the three-year period, there is also a dedicated Gadget that will be sent together with the "Registration Package".
In the case of online registration, when entering their data, the Member must choose the "Preferred Jewelery for collection" as the collection location for his "Registration Package" and subsequent bookings, the Retailer's preference may be changed to any time.
SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
1 year enrollment:
- The "Registration Package" will be sent by Perlunica srl to the Retailer that the Member has indicated as "Preferred Jewelery for collection". The estimated time for collection of the Enrollment Package is approximately 4 weeks from the enrollment date.
- The right to view and/or pre-book the limited editions, guaranteeing the right of first refusal on the same. Only one unit can be purchased for each item. Only one unit can be purchased for each item. ATTENTION all the beads available for pre-order through Trollbeads Club are LIMITED, i.e. the available quantities are limited, and not guaranteed to all members.
- The right to participate in promotions reserved only for members of the Club.
- The right to reserve items in the "Exclusively for you" section, with a limit of only one item per product.
- The right to participate in conventions and competitions reserved only for members of the Club.
- The right to participate in initiatives reserved only for members of the Club.
- A special discount to celebrate Trollbeads Club members on their birthday.
3-year enrollment:
It provides the same advantages as the 1-year subscription with the addition of:
- The "Registration Package" will contain a gadget dedicated only to those who subscribe to this type of registration.
- Economic convenience on the cost of enrollment for 3 years.
- Each subsequent year of membership, the member will receive the bead of the current year at his/her Favorite Jeweller's shop.
